From the Eagle foothills
to the mountains.

Our homes are spread across very different settings. In Eagle we build on waterfront lots in Terra View and in the foothills of Valnova. In Nampa we build country-feel homes on larger lots in Weatherby Estates and Lone Star Ranch. In Garden Valley, where we keep a second office, we build mountain homes and cabins in South Fork Landing and Northridge at Terrace Lakes.

Every home is built with most of the work done by our own crews: framing, siding, electrical, masonry and finish work. See where we build for each community.

We also build for businesses. Our commercial construction work includes tenant improvements and remodels, such as Enrique's Mexican Restaurant in Kuna and our coffee shop renovation for First & Second Coffee Co.

What kinds of homes does Bachman Custom Homes build?

We build luxury custom homes, semi-custom homes from our floor plans, spec homes, mountain homes and cabins, plus commercial tenant improvements. Recent homes range from about 2,570 sq ft in Garden Valley to more than 5,000 sq ft in Nampa, many with RV bays, pools and outdoor living.

Can I tour a home Bachman Custom Homes has built?

Often, yes. When we have a Parade of Homes entry it is open to the public during the show, and homes we have for sale can usually be toured by appointment. Call Bob at 208-577-8794 or send us a message, and we will tell you what is open now and set up a time.
