At the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes (SRVBCA, June 12 to 21, 2026), The Cody in Lone Star Ranch, Nampa, won Best Overall for the whole Parade. In Category 6 it swept all six judged awards (Exterior Design, Interior Design, Primary Suite, Kitchen, Architectural Floorplan and Best Decorated) and took Category Overall. Event-wide it also placed 1st in Exterior, Interior, Primary Suite, Architectural Floorplan and Best Decorated, and 2nd in Kitchen: 14 placements, 13 of them first place.

At the 2026 Spring Boise Parade of Homes (Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho, May 2 to 17, 2026), The Jane, home #10 in Terra View, Eagle, earned 2nd Place in the People's Choice Awards, voted by Parade visitors, and the Primary Bedroom award in its price category, chosen by the judges.

1st Place Best Kitchen, Platinum tier.
At the 2024 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes, also called the Canyon County Parade (SRVBCA, June 14 to 23, 2024), The Welles in Weatherby Estates, Nampa, won 1st Place Best Kitchen in the Platinum tier. In the same tier it placed 2nd for Best Floor Plan, 2nd for Best Master Suite and 2nd for Best Overall, per the SRVBCA's award winners announcement.
