A challenging lot,
turned into something special.
In January 2026 we announced it simply: Bachman Custom Homes completes first Estate House in Valnova! The lot sits in Valnova's Glenview area in the Eagle foothills, and it was not an easy one. As Bob put it, "This house is hitting a little bit differently. We took a very challenging lot and created something truly special."
The home steps with the land, with stone and dark board and batten under a layered roofline, and the backyard opens straight onto the foothills.

The Valnova Bowers is built on The Bowers plan, our 2025 Spring Boise Parade of Homes entry in Terra View, and adapted for a foothills site. Highlights include:
- Two primary suites, one with its own coffee bar and lounge

- An enclosed wine room and an exercise space
- A floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the great room
