GARDEN VALLEY · BOISE COUNTYWhy build in
Garden Valley.
Garden Valley is a mountain community in Boise County along the South Fork of the Payette River. From Boise, the drive takes about an hour and ten minutes: up Highway 55 to Banks, then about 11 miles along the river on the Banks-Lowman Road. That's close enough for weekends and far enough to feel like you've left the city behind.
The draw is the outdoors in every season: rafting and fishing on the South Fork, hot springs, trails and forest all around. At Terrace Lakes Resort, an 18-hole mountain golf course sits beside a geothermal pool fed by hot mineral water, open to members and the public. Local families are served by Garden Valley School District No. 71.
We say it on our own Instagram, and we mean it: “Garden Valley, ID. We never want to leave. Love our mountain homes.” Bob and Lisa keep an office here alongside our Nampa headquarters, joined the Garden Valley Chamber with a ribbon cutting in August 2025, and have built in the valley for years.
