NAMPA · CANYON COUNTY · OUR HOME BASEWhy build a custom
home in Nampa.
Nampa is Canyon County's largest city, at about 126,810 residents in COMPASS's April 2026 estimate, and it's where we live and work. The appeal for custom buyers is simple: you can still find true one-acre homesites with a country feel, close to I-84 and about 21 miles from the Boise Airport.
South of town, Lake Lowell covers almost 9,000 acres inside Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, established in 1909 as a refuge for migratory birds. Lakeview Park spans more than 44 acres with a duck pond, rose garden and water park, and the Warhawk Air Museum and Nampa Farmers Market are local favorites. The Sunnyslope wine country west of Lake Lowell is a short drive from our Lone Star Ranch homes.
Acreage changes how a home is designed. Our Nampa clients ask for long RV bays, shops, covered patios with outdoor kitchens, pools and pickleball courts, and we plan the house and the lot together. If you already own land, we build on your lot, including homes on well, septic and irrigation.
