Terrace Lakes.

Northridge is a neighborhood in the pines at Terrace Lakes, above Garden Valley. The draw is the setting: tall pines, snow in winter and Terrace Lakes Resort close by.

The resort has an 18-hole mountain golf course, with nine holes in open terrain and nine through the forest and along streams, and a year-round geothermal pool fed by hot spring water. It offers memberships and is also open to the public on day fees. Hours, fees and the golf season change, so check with the resort directly.

The Terrace
Lakes Cabin.

Our Terrace Lakes Cabin shows what we like to build in the mountains: a stone entry under a heavy timber gable, board and batten siding in a warm stain, and big windows facing the trees. It is built to look like it has always been there.

Cabins are some of our favorite projects because they are where families slow down. We help with every decision, from the plan to the tile, lighting and carpet, and our Garden Valley office keeps us close while the cabin goes up.

We do not list our own lots at Northridge as of October 2026, but we build on lots you own or buy at Terrace Lakes and across Garden Valley. One of our floor plans or a custom cabin design works well on mountain lots, and we adjust for slope, snow and access.
