Five bedrooms in

The Marguerite packs 5 bedrooms and 3 baths into 2,644 sq ft, which makes it a smart fit for a big family, a mountain getaway that hosts a crowd, or both. A 3-car garage handles the vehicles, toys and gear that come with Garden Valley living.
Outside, a deep covered porch runs across the front on timber posts, with stone along the base, light siding and a cedar-shingle gable over the double front doors. We finished it in December 2022 and, as we posted then, it was "another beautiful home built for amazing clients."
