BUILD WITH US

Careers at Bachman Custom Homes

We do not post standing job openings. Bachman Custom Homes hires for trade roles, such as framing, electrical, finish carpentry and masonry, and for office roles as our build schedule needs them. To be considered, call 208-577-8794 or send us a message through our contact page with your trade, experience and where you are based.

01 / HOW WE WORK

What is it like
to work here?

We are a family-owned company, and we do most of our own work. Our crew frames, sides, wires, sets stone and finishes the homes we build, so the people on our team see a house through from the foundation to the final walkthrough. As a family business, you will know exactly who you work for.

02 / ROLES

Which roles do
we hire for?

When we are hiring, it is usually for the trades we keep in-house and for the office work that keeps a build on schedule. We do not list openings, pay or benefits here because they change with our build schedule. We will talk through the details directly when there is a fit.

  • Framers and siding installers
  • Electricians
  • Finish carpenters
  • Masons (rock, brick and stone)
  • Office and project support
