EAGLE · VALNOVA · TERRA VIEWWhy build a custom
home in Eagle.
Much of our recent work stands in Eagle, and it's easy to see why buyers keep choosing it. The Boise River runs along the south side of town, the foothills rise to the north, and Highway 16 connects it to Star and Emmett. COMPASS put Eagle at 38,830 residents in its 2025 estimates, small enough to keep a real downtown and the Saturday market in Heritage Park, yet only about 15 miles and 24 minutes from the Boise Airport.
Eagle Island State Park sits on the west edge of town with a swimming beach, trails, fishing, disc golf and paddleboarding, and the Boise River Greenbelt reaches into Eagle near Reid W. Merrill Sr. Community Park. Eagle is served by West Ada School District, which covers Eagle, Star, Meridian and western Boise.
Lots here vary more than in most Treasure Valley cities. A foothill lot in Valnova may slope toward the view, which suits a walkout basement; a Terra View lot may sit on the water with room for a private beach. We plan each home around its lot from the first sketch. If you own land elsewhere in Eagle, we can also build on your lot.
