01 / THE BUILD

A modern farmhouse built
for a Nampa family.

We built The Jax 2.0 for a wonderful family in Nampa, Idaho. It is the second home we have built on The Jax plan, and this time we gave it a modern farmhouse finish: white board and batten, a stone-clad entry under a tall timber gable and black windows and garage doors.

Inside, the home is built around open-concept living, with custom cabinetry and built-ins throughout and a kitchen that is perfect for gathering. The office gives the family a real place to work, separate from the 4 bedrooms.

02 / THE GARAGE

Room for six cars
and an RV.

The garage is the part people ask about most. The Jax 2.0 has space for 6 cars plus RV parking, with a tall RV door on the end of the garage wing. For families with trucks, trailers, boats or a shop habit, it is a big reason this plan works so well.

The Jax 2.0 is in Weatherby Estates, a south Nampa community of roughly one-acre home sites where we have also built The Jax, The Welles and The Destiny House. Weatherby Estates is now sold out.
