• Butler's pantries, including a 25-foot butler's pantry with a prep sink and built-in ovens in The Cody.

Luxury built by
our own crews.

Our own team handles framing, siding, finish work, electrical and masonry, so the details you pay for are built by people who answer to us. Our standard specifications already include Thermador appliances, quartz or granite countertops, 10-foot ceilings with coffered or vaulted areas per plan, a custom lighting plan and a custom exhaust hood. Showcase homes go further: The Bowers featured Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, including a built-in coffee maker in the primary suite lounge.
