The Boise Parade of Homes is run by the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho. The Spring 2026 Parade ran May 2 to 17, open Wednesdays and Thursdays 5 to 8 PM, Fridays and Saturdays noon to 8 PM and Sundays noon to 6 PM, closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Admission was $15, with tickets required for everyone 10 and up. Homes were judged on kitchen, primary bedroom, interior design and finish, and exterior design within price categories, and visitors voted for People's Choice.

what visitors said.

We teamed with Studio H Architects on the design, and LD Luxury Staging & Design furnished the home. The developer was Marty Goldsmith, with marketing by Rachel Postigo of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate 43 Degrees North. The buyers' agent, Kinley Rening, said of her clients: "The moment they walked in, they said, 'This is the one.'" The Jane sold on June 30, 2026.
