The Cody was the Bachman Custom Homes entry in the 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes, held June 12 to 21, 2026 by the SRVBCA. The 5,296 sq ft home in Lone Star Ranch, Nampa, won Best Overall for the whole Parade and swept all six judged awards in its category.

The 2026 Snake River
Valley Parade of Homes.

The Snake River Valley Parade of Homes is run by the Snake River Valley Building Contractors Association (SRVBCA) and showcases new homes across Canyon, Owyhee, Gem and Payette counties. The 2026 Parade ran June 12 to 21, open Wednesdays to Fridays 5 to 8 PM, Saturdays noon to 8 PM and Sundays noon to 5 PM. Admission was $15, with tickets required for everyone 10 and up.

The Cody in
Lone Star Ranch.

The Cody sits on about an acre in Lone Star Ranch, close to Lake Lowell and the Sunnyslope wine country. It has 4 bedrooms plus an office, a flex room and a gym across 5,296 sq ft, with a side-load garage and an RV bay with a pull-through door. We describe it as modern-country architecture: bold from the street, warm inside. Must see to believe!

According to the SRVBCA's published results, The Cody won Best Overall for the whole 2026 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes. In its category (Category 6) it swept all six judged awards and took Category Overall. Across the event it earned 14 placements, 13 of them first place. The Cody was drafted by Rory Heggie of Studio H, furnished and styled by LD Luxury Staging & Design, and built by our team in a Lone Star Ranch neighborhood developed by John Cotner. It went pending after the Parade and closed in August 2026.
