The Welles.
The Welles won 1st Place Best Kitchen, Platinum tier, at the 2024 Snake River Valley Parade of Homes. The Welles 2.0 keeps what people loved, a single level with four bedrooms, an office and three and a half baths, and reworks the garage and outdoor living.
The brochure shows a three-car garage of about 26 by 25 feet beside an RV bay of about 19 by 60 feet, one of the deepest RV bays we have drawn. That fits a large fifth-wheel or a boat and trailer with room left over. Covered outdoor space grows to 929 sq ft, so the patio carries real furniture and a grill.

Idaho buyers bring their weekends with them, and this plan is drawn for it: daily drivers in the three-car garage, the camper or boat in the RV bay, and nothing parked on the street. It is the plan we point people to first when they browse our plans with RV garages.
Inside, it starts from our standard specification: Thermador appliances, a custom exhaust hood, quartz or granite counters, a tile walk-in shower in the primary bath, 2x6 exterior walls, a conditioned crawl space and a tankless water heater.

Its listing describes a Thermador package with a 48 inch range, a butler's pantry with a prep sink and a 60 foot RV bay with epoxy floors.
