Every Bachman Custom Homes build comes with written warranty terms that are part of your build contract, so you know exactly what is covered before construction starts. We review your warranty information again at your new homeowner orientation, and if something comes up after move-in, you call us at 208-577-8794.

Your warranty terms come
with your contract.

We would rather show you real terms than publish a summary that might not match your home. Your warranty terms are provided in writing with your build contract, and you can ask us to walk through them with you before you sign. That is the time to ask every question you have about coverage.

Many of the products in your home, such as appliances, also carry their own manufacturer warranties. Ask us which apply to your home, and keep that paperwork with your warranty terms.

02 / ORIENTATION

We walk you through
it before closing.

Step nine of our process is the final walkthrough and new homeowner orientation. We show you how your home's systems operate, go over your warranty information and give you maintenance guidance. Any final items we find together are addressed before closing, not left for later.

03 / AFTER MOVE-IN

Still here after
the keys.

We are a family-owned builder, and our name is on every house. When something needs attention after you move in, call 208-577-8794 or contact Bachman Custom Homes and tell us what you are seeing. Most of our work is done by our own framing, electrical and finish crews, so the crews who built your home are part of our own team.

You receive them in writing with your build contract, which is step five of our process, before construction begins. We go over your warranty information again at the final walkthrough and new homeowner orientation, along with how your home's systems operate and maintenance guidance.
