INTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Your kitchen comes equipped with Thermador appliances, a stainless steel undermount sink, and quartz or granite countertops, all finished with a custom lighting plan and exhaust hood. Cabinetry features soft-close hardware, 5" pulls mixed with knobs, and crown molding on the uppers.
Throughout the home, you'll find 10' ceilings with coffered or vaulted areas per plan, stained beam and wood accents, and engineered hardwood flooring in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and hallways. Bathrooms include adult-height vanities, custom mirrors, and a tiled walk-in shower in the master.
Comfort features come standard too — a 92% gas energy-efficient furnace and air conditioner, a tankless water heater, and a programmable digital thermostat.
EXTERIOR HIGHLIGHTS
Outside, every home includes a covered porch and patio per plan, rock, brick, and masonry accents, and a 30-year architectural roof. Insulated garage doors, an automatic sprinkler system with landscaping, and a gas hookup for an outdoor barbecue round out the package — all built on a foundation of 2x6 exterior walls and R-38 attic insulation for energy efficiency.
