Bachman Custom Homes / Absolute Construction and Consulting, Inc. is a family-owned company with a dedicated team of 19 employees specializing in high-end residential and commercial construction. We focus on luxury homes built with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship.
By completing the majority of our work in-house—including framing, electrical, and finish work—we are constantly focusing on quality while delivering projects efficiently, without compromising excellence. Our portfolio of new custom homes ranges from 2,700 to 12,000 sq. ft., each designed with premium materials and custom finishes. We also build large-scale residential shops.
Our commercial experience includes award-winning tenant improvements and remodels, such as the expansive Enrique’s Mexican Restaurant in Kuna; projects for Tacos El Rey; fitness and wellness spaces such as CrossFit and massage facilities; and the addition and site work for KTRV-TV ION Media (Channel 12) on Bogus Basin Mountain.
A distinctive aspect of our expertise is designing and constructing concealed or fortified spaces, including hardened rooms, integrated gun safes, and other hidden custom features.

In addition to our construction capabilities, we offer comprehensive in-house staging and design services through our own design company, LD Luxury Staging and Design, LLC. Our team provides a complete start-to-finish luxury home building experience—from architectural and interior design to curated furnishings and décor.
Whether you need full home design, furniture and décor packages, or turnkey furnishing and staging, our design team enhances every aspect of the building process. Our mission is to help clients redefine their lifestyle through thoughtful design and to enrich the overall luxury home-building experience.
Bob Bachman
PRESIDENT/CEO
For the past 28 years, Bob has been involved in the construction industry in a variety of ways. Some of the projects include Edwards 21 Cinemas, Pit Stop Pizza restaurant, new shops, remodels, budgeting and building custom and spec homes. Bob is also a certified commercial, residential, energy and mechanical building inspector. Bob worked for the City of Kuna for 15 years applying his skills as the Building Official, Facilities Director, and the City Public Works Director. He was responsible for the oversight of all the City of Kuna’s infrastructure and a $15-million budget. Bob’s extensive knowledge and background in construction and infrastructure brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to the building industry. Through the company as a consultant, Bob has been entrusted by the City of Kuna, Boise County, and the City of Crouch to provide professional guidance and conduct building inspections when needs arise. He has also served as an expert witness as a contractor/building professional.
Lisa Bachman
AICP, VICE PRESIDENT
Lisa’s role in financing, planning and design in the company has held strong for the past eight years, while juggling a full-time job of 17 years as Project Manager/Senior Planner/Area Manager of J-U-B Engineers. In March 2024, Lisa joined Bachman Custom Homes full-time, enabling the company to continue to thrive and grow. Having served in the planning and civil engineering industry for the past 25 years with a degree in political science and planning certification/license, Lisa is a great addition to the team. Her love for design and experience in leadership and professional relationships in the Treasure Valley will serve the company for many years to come.
